O dear lord,
Hey You, when and to what mind-state,
when, and with what ideation,
Oh my Darling, You allow embrace?
You will come into the fold,
Who knows the answer, who can say!
that, no one can know or speak.
To logic, that's unlikely, even though
He Who Grants Liberation does so time and again.

By even reasoning again and again,
On dry ground does the lotus ever blossom?
You remain impossible, o liberator.
Mentally do bumblebees sing any song?
Can lotus bloom on the ground?
And yet if You but want it, clouds dense and dark,
Whether the bees sing mentally?
They quickly rain, and ambrosia drops.

If you want,
By Your desire is our attainment;
even the dense dark clouds would rain nectar.
At our wish never be it gained.
Your wish is my attainment.
This same thirst-and-acquisition, it's been going on
My wishes are not attainable.
For ages beyond ages in myriad fashions.
This push and pull of your and my desires,
goes on since ages after ages in hundreds of ways.
