Tumi biná báṋcá halo dáy

Diner álo jyotsnámáyá
Kusum-kánan snigdha cháyá
Sakalei múlya háráy
Atulya tomáy páshari

তোমাকেই স্মরণ করি
তোমাকেই মননে ধরি
কেন তুমি আসো না কাছে
ওগো মোর নিঠুর হরি

দিন মোর আসে আর যায়
অকাজে অক্ষরেখায়
তুমি বিনা বাঁচা হলো দায়
হলাহলে কুম্ভ ভরি

দিনের আলো জ্যোতস্নামায়া
কুসুমকানন স্নিগ্ধ ছায়া
সকলেই মূল্য হারায়
অতুল্য তোমায় পাশরি'

Rotating in vain upon an axle.
Absent You, survival is at risk;
A pitcher I infuse with venom deadly.

A floral garden and a cooling shadow mild...
Lose worth all things of mine;
