Kata bhálobesechi kata máyá chiṋŕechi
Kata khelá khelechi tomá páne calechi
Calite calite dhará dhúláy miliyá jáy

তোমার নয়নতলে সব কিছু নেচে' চলে
তোমার চরণতলে অবনী বহিয়া যায়
ফেলে-আসা দিনগুলি গেয়ে-আসা গানগুলি
কয়ে আসা কথাগুলি তোমাতে মিশিয়া যায়

কতবার এসেছি নেচেছি গেয়েছি
কত ভালোবেসেছি কত মায়া ছিঁড়েছি
কত খেলা খেলেছি তোমা' পানে চলেছি
চলিতে চলিতে ধরা ধূলায় মিলিয়া যায়

(তবু) ধূলার এ ধরণী তোমা' ছাড়া হয়নি
তোমার ছন্দে সে যে অমৃতে ভাসিয়া যায়

Dancing under Your eyes everything proceeds,
Beneath Your feet the Earth keeps on enduring.
The days of old, lays then intoned,
The tales once told, inside of You they flow.

Many times I have come; I have danced and also sung...
Often I have loved, and often I have torn illusion.
Many games I have played, as I have gone toward Thee;
Always moving, the world, with dust it goes on mingling.

And yet this dusty earth, without You it does not exist.
In Your rhythm it lives; toward immortality it ever drifts.


This is how Sarkar himself described the meaning of the song—[4]

Whatever one thinks, whatever one sees, whatever one says – all these expressions are rhythmic expressions. And these rhythmic expressions come from You, remain with You, and go back to You. Whatever was said millions of years ago, was sung or was expressed, all is still there in the storage of the cosmic mind. No vibration is lost forever. Do not think that anything is lost. Nothing is lost. Nothing dies forever. And that is why all the rhythms of this universe – all the celestial rhythms and all the mundane rhythms – flow towards You. You are the ultimate goal. You are the supreme desideratum. Everything moves towards You. Everything moves towards the supreme source of immortality.
