Notes
- ^ For details on the notation, see Roman Bengali transliteration.
- ^ While the second and third verses of this song are in Bengali, the language of the first verse is uncertain. It might be a Bhojpuri dialect. It might also be Braj Bhasha, a Hindi offshoot spoken in the broad area of India known as Braj or Brajabhumi. Perhaps most likely, it is either the Brajavali dialect of Assamese or Brajabuli, both having a strong Maithili composition.
