Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi mukuler lukono madhu
Vasudhár sudhádhárá
Mananer májhe pratyabhijiṋá
Háráno hiyár smrti bhará

Úśár aruńodaye tumi rddhi
Sure tále laye bháv-samrddhi
Káche ásá dúre jáoyá háriye ábár páoyá
E liilánande priitijhará

Káler ságar-belá tomá páne cáy
Sonáli bálir sáthe úrmimáláy
Keu theme tháke náko sabe tumi sadá d́áko
Se d́ák hay ná kále hárá

O Lord, You are honey hidden within the buds,
flow of nectar on the earth. You are perfect
profound knowledge within the mind, full of
the memories of lost hearts. You are the
wealth of the rising sun and development of
feelings in the tune, melody or rhythm.
Your coming close, going away,
losing and getting back again,
in this blissful game Your love emanates.
The seashore wants You along
with series of waves and golden beach.
In order that nobody stops behind,
You ever call everybody.
That call is never lost in time.
