On the upward movement unto light,
On this splendid ascension,
I shall not yield to any obstacle.
I will brook no obstruction.
However strong storms shall become;
No matter how brutal the storms may be,
I won't be subdued in their thrashing.
I won't be overpowered by any beating.


The responsibility that i have taken on,
Each duty that I've taken on my head,
I consider the vow of my life.
As life's vow I have respected.
Until i attain my objective,
Prior to attaining my objective,
I shall not stop on the path under any circumstance.
I won't pause on the path for any reason.


I shall proceed forward on the path of morality,
I've marched onward, clinging to morality,
ignoring thunders and meteors.
Disregarding aerolites and lightning.
I shall not fear
From any grimace by the force of sin,
frowning and sinful powers.
Under no condition will I be frightened.

Jhaiṋjhá jatai pracand́a hok
Kona ághátei damibo ná (ámi)

Dáyitva jáhá mátháy niyechi
Jiivaner vrata bale mániyáchi
Lakśye upaniita havár áge
Kichutei pathe thámibo ná (ámi)

Egiye calechi niitipath dhare
Ulká ashani upekśá kare
Pápshaktir kona bhrukut́ite
Kichutei ámi d́aribo ná

আলোকের এই উত্তরণে
কোন বাধাকেই মানিবো না (আমি)
ঝঞ্ঝা যতই প্রচন্ড হোক
কোন আঘাতেই দমিবো না (আমি)

দায়িত্ব যাহা মাথায় নিয়েছি
জীবনের ব্রত বলে মানিয়াছি

On this splendid ascension,
