Lukono ná theke gechi
Se je sab kichu áloy t́ene áne

Hiyár gahane se je tháke
Maner mádhurii práńe mákhe
Se je priitir kathá kay káne káne

আমার গোপন কথা জেনে’ নিয়েছে
প্রাণের ব্যথা সে যে জানে
আমার মন্দ-ভালো সে যে জানে
সবই তার নখদর্পণে

লুকোতে চেয়েছি
লুকোনো না থেকে’ গেছি
সে যে সব কিছু আলোয় টেনে’ আনে

হিয়ার গহনে সে যে থাকে
মনের মাধুরী প্রাণে মাখে
সে যে প্রীতির কথা কয় কাণে কাণে
