Amay marura maya dake is the 1345th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

(Ámáy) Marura máyá d́áke
D́áke d́áke
Áṋkhi jhaŕer pháṋke pháṋke d́áke

Ghágará pará oŕná d́háká
Komal kat́hor duye mákhá
Marur meye jáy egiye
Bálir tháke tháke

Niirav niiras ogo maru
Nái bá thákuk shyámal taru
Ámi tomáy bhálabási
Maona abhiśeke
Shálmalii kiḿshuke

The mirage of the desert calls me with eyes
through gaps of storms.

Wearing skirts,
covering themselves with scarfs,
smeared with both softness and harshness,
the desert girls move on, along the beach.

O silent, dry sand, you bear no green tree.

Yet, i love you,
and crown you silently,
like a sha'lmali (silkcotton) tree
with red kim'shuk flowers.
