Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Bhávátiita tumi bhávaloke eso
Shubha bhávanár anubhave
Puśpita vane mánava manane
Neve eso práńotsave

Jiirńa já kichu dáo go sariye
Nútaner álo dáo go bhariye
Ámár májháre dhará dáo tumi
Nava nava rúpe nava bháve

Janame marańe jáni tumi sakhá
Tabe kena more phele rákha eká
Tomár parashe álokodbháse
More náo tava mahábháve

O lord,
though you are beyond thought,
I request you to come into the fold of thinking.

Come,
providing the experience of auspicious ideas.

Remove them and fill with new light
whatever may have decayed.

You are present within me
in evernew forms and ideas.

I know you are my eternal companion,
in birth as in death,
then why do you keep me alone?

By your touch and illumination,
take me into your infinite ideation.
