Ámár bhuvan je tomáke niye
Cáṋder áloy láge ná bhálo
Thákle tumi áṋdháre lukiye

Katabár esechi gechi
Tomáre ghire necechi
Bhulini tomáke kabhu
He prabhu kono samaye

Jiivaner he dhruvatárá
Marme rayecho bhará
Tava rúpe haye hárá
Asiime jái mishiye

যেও না কাছে থাক
আমার ভুবন যে তোমাকে নিয়ে
চাঁদের আলোয় লাগে না ভালো
থাকলে তুমি আঁধারে লুকিয়ে

কতবার এসেছি গেছি
তোমারে ঘিরে' নেচেছি
ভুলিনি তোমাকে কভু
হে প্রভু কোনো সময়ে

জীবনের হে ধ্রুবতারা
মর্মে রয়েছ ভরা
তব রূপে হয়ে হারা
অসীমে যাই মিশিয়ে

O lord, do not go, stay close,
my home is meant for you only.
not liking the moonlight,
You stayed hidden in darkness.
many times i came and went
and danced around you.
but i never forgot you,
o lord, any time.
o the polestar of my life,
you are filled within my core.
getting lost in your beautiful form,
i go on merging in the infinite.
