Kena esechile cale jabe jadi is the 1545th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

(Kena) Esechile cale jábe jadi
Hesechile káṋdáte niravadhi

Ájo mor madhuvane malayánil bay
Surasaptake diipak je kathá kay
Phuler paráge bháse surabhi samuccay
Uttál priitipayodhi

Háráye giyeche mor vidhu oi kálo meghe
Práńer shońit chot́e tár páne druta vege
Surer ávege jáge chande anuráge
Udvel bháva niiradhi

O lord,
why did you come
though you knew you had to go again?
Why did you smile
though you knew you would make me cry incessantly?

Even today, in my sweet garden, the sandal breeze blows.
On the musical octave, the diipak tune conveys its melody.
The fragrance of flowers floats overwhelmingly
as though it were tides in an ocean of love.
My moon has lost itself behind dark clouds.
Unto what does the blood of vivacity rush with rapid speed?
In rhythm and in love,
the impulse of melody awakens,
with constant restlessness.
