Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Priya tumi priya tumi priya tumi
Theko ámáre ghire
Tomár parash madhura saras
Pelavatá dey bhare

Nandanavane kena tumi eká
Jyotsná nilaye keṋde cale ráká
Maner gahane nihsauṋga keká
Keha nái cári dháre

Ár keha nái mor ápanár
Vyathár ashru mucháte ámár
Vishver tumi sárátsár
Sabe cáhe tomáre

O my dear, stay ever around me. your sweet succulent
touch has filled tenderness. in the heavenly garden,
why you are alone. the moonlight goes on crying in
illuminated house. the peacock's call is isolated in
the depth of the mind, with no one around it. there
is no one as my own, who can wipe my tears of pain.
You are the essence of essence of the world, all want you.
