Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Niilsáyarer svarńakamal
Phut́to kena kei bá jáne
Ná ná ná se je ámár mane
Dolá dito bháv jágáto
Vyathá jánáto sauṋgopane

Madhur áshe guiṋjariyá
Ásto bhramar santarpiyá
Phuler parág jata anurág
D́hele dito tár paráńe

Kaito kathá ápan mane
Se bháśá tár sei jáne
Manamayúre theke dúre
Dekhe táre nácto vijane
Práńocchváse dúre rabhase
Ut́hto hese akárańe

The blue sea's gold lotus,
Why she was blooming, did anyone perceive?
No, no, no, she was in my psyche!
She was giving swing, was waking thought,
Was making known her pain secretly.

Humming in a candied anticipation,
Coming was the Bumblebee, taking precaution.
Floral pollen and whatever devotion,
On her Most Beloved she was lavishing.

Within own mind she was speaking;
Those her words, knows she only.
Like a mental peacock, at a distance staying,
Sensing Him, she was dancing, solitary.
With lively delight at remote site in ecstasy,
For no reason with a smile He was rising.
