Tomár racá martyaloke

Ámi prabhu mát́ir mánuś
Tomár gaŕá rauṋin phánush
Ákásheri parash pete
Chut́i úrdhvamukhe

Kálákáler bhed ná bujhi
Tomár májhe shánti khuṋji
Eso káche marma májhe
Nirváta áloke

তোমার কথা ভেবে'
দিন চলে যায়
আমার প্রভু সুখে দুঃখে
এসো তুমি নীচে নেবে'
ধূলির এ ধরায়
তোমার রচা মর্ত্যলোকে

আমি প্রভু মাটির মানুষ
তোমার গড়া রঙিন ফানুশ
আকাশেরই পরশ পেতে
ছুটি ঊর্ধ্বমুখে

কালাকালের ভেদ না বুঝি
তোমার মাঝে শান্তি খুঁজি
এসো কাছে মর্ম মাঝে

The days vanish.
My Lord in elation and grief,
Please do come down, stooping
To this dusty earth,
Your constructed mortal sphere.

I'm a man of clay, Master,
Your fabricated, tinged sky lantern.
To obtain a touch of the heavenly,
I run fast, upward facing.

I don't grasp right or wrong time's difference;
Amid Your interior, I search for calmness.
At heart-core please come near;
With a light stationary.
