Akúl samudre kúl peye
Pávár ánande káṋdá-hásá

Háriye geche sáṋjhe bhávi
Bhore phire' pái je ravi
Amánisháy path háriye
Dhruvatáráy páoyá dishá

Kácheo ácho dúreo ácho
Man bhujhe' khele' calecho
Ahamikáy lúkiye ácho
Samarpańe phire ásá
Jyotsná cáṋder melámeshá

তুমি আমার ভালবাসা
অকূল সমুদ্রে কূল পেয়ে
পাবার আনন্দে কাঁদা-হাসা

হারিয়ে গেছে সাঁঝে ভাবি
ভোরে ফিরে' পাই যে রবি
অমানিশায় পথ হারিয়ে
ধ্রুবতারায় পাওয়া দিশা

কাছেও আছ দূরেও আছ
মন ভুঝে' খেলে' চলেছ
অহমিকায় লুকিয়ে আছ
সমর্পণে ফিরে' আসা
জ্যোৎস্না চাঁদের মেলামেশা

O Lord, You are my love.
On finding a shore in the limitless ocean,
with bliss of attainment, I cry and smile.
I had thought the sun
vanished in the evening,
but I find it again in the morning.
Losing path in the darkness,
with pole star, I found the direction.
You are close as well as far,
hidden within the ego.
By surrender I come back again
like merger of moon and the moonlight.
