Tabe kena pái ná káche
Otaprotajoge shuni
Ácho sabár hiyár májhe

Tumi úśár raktabhánu
Mártańd́eri tapta tanu
Mátáo ańu paramáńu
Tomáy ghire chande náce

Phuler maner gopan kathá
Priitir madhu virahavyathá
Ná lekhá jata itikathá
Shuniye jáo pápŕi sáje

তুমি প্রভু আমার জানি
তবে কেন পাই না কাছে
ওতপ্রোতযোগে শুনি
আছো সবার হিয়ার মাঝে

তুমি ঊষার রক্তভানু
মার্তণ্ডেরই তপ্ত তনু
মাতাও অণু-পরমাণু
তোমায় ঘিরে' ছন্দে নাচে

ফুলের মনের গোপন কথা
প্রীতির মধু বিরহব্যথা
না-লেখা যত ইতিকথা
শুনিয়ে যাও পাপড়ি সাজে

I know You are my Master,
So why then don't I find You near?
I hear that by a union pervasive
You're within the heart of everybody.

You are early morn's blood-red sun,
Body of the sun very warm.
Greatly You thrill molecules and atoms;
In cadence they dance all around Thee.

A blossom-mind's intimate secrets,
Love's ambrosia, separation's torment–
All of the tales unwritten–
Adorning petals, You go on proclaiming.
