Saora sarańe esechile
Maner májháre chanda jágáye
Aruń álote hesechile (tumi)

Kusumakalirá pulake phut́ilo
Virahii hrday náciyá ut́hilo
Maramii maner sparsha buláye
Sauṋgiite sur diyechile (tumi)

Jaŕer májháre dile cetanatá
Prasupta jiive dile práńiinatá
Mamatámadhur mohana hásite
Sabáre nikat́e t́enechile (tumi)

(তুমি) শ্বেত শতদলে স্পন্দিত করে
সৌর সরণে এসেছিলে
মনের মাঝারে ছন্দ জাগায়ে
অরুণ আলোতে হেসেছিলে (তুমি)

কুসুমকলিরা পুলকে ফুটিলো
বিরহী হৃদয় নাচিয়া উঠিলো
মরমী মনের স্পর্শ বুলায়ে
সঙ্গীতে সুর দিয়েছিলে (তুমি)

জড়ের মাঝারে দিলে চেতনতা
প্রসুপ্ত জীবে দিলে প্রাণীনতা
মমতামধুর মোহন হাসিতে
সবারে নিকটে টেনেছিলে (তুমি)

Creating a flutter in guru chakra,[nb 2]
You have arrived like the sun.
Stirring a liking within the mind,
You smiled in the crimson light.

Flowerbuds blossomed with a thrill,
And lovesick hearts arose capering.
With gentle touch of Your sympathy,
You've given songs their melody.

You bestowed feeling upon the insensate
To those fast asleep, life's zest You gave.
With a smile both tender and alluring,
You have drawn everybody near.

The guru cakra is visualized as a white, hundred-petaled lotus or shvet shatadal (শ্বেত শতদল); and the Guru is seated therein. The guru cakra is located just below sahasrára cakra (the white, thousand-petaled plexus), located at or just above the anterior fontanelle.
