Yoga Tattva Part 1 is the first part of a two-part series on the yogic philosophy of Ananda Marga.[1]
History
This book is derived from a series of classes given by Acarya Abhidevananda Avadhuta in 1984 at Lagos, Nigeria. The book was originally published in Nigeria as the first part of a paperback book called The Goal of Life. Since then, the book has been reprinted numerous times, mostly in electronic formats. The latest publication was on Amazon.com in August of 2011.
