Cáṋder álor deshe phuler paráge mishe'
Tumi esechile kon se ráte
Mádhurii vivardhan pratiitinandan
He manoraiṋjana kiser ásháte

Ketakiikeshar ájo sei kathá kay
Júthiká kátar tabu gáy tava jay
T́agar cámeli játi spandita anubhúti
Se apár abhisár giiti race nibhrte

Vanaharińii ájo se ákáshe cáy
Vimúrta kalápe shikhii nirakháy
Dádur pulake bale priitibhará áṋkhijale
Kadamba tamále ájo káṋde se shikhite

চাঁদের আলোর দেশে ফুলের পরাগে মিশে'
তুমি এসেছিলে কোন সে রাতে
মাধুরী বিবর্দ্ধন প্রতীতিনন্দন
হে মনোরঞ্জন কিসের আশাতে

কেতকীকেশর আজও সেই কথা কয়
যূথিকা কাতর তবু জ্ঞায় তব জয়
টগর-চামেলি-জাতি স্পন্দিত অনুভূতি
সে অপার অভিসার-গীতি রচে নিভৃতে

বনহরিণী আজও সে আকাশে চায়
বিমূর্ত কলাপে শিখী নিরখায়
দাদুর পুলকে বলে প্রীতিভরা আঁখিজলে
কদম্ব-তমালে আজো কাঁদে সে শিখিতে

O Lord, from the bright arena of the moon,
mixed with floral fragrance,
on which night did You come?
O The enhancer of sweetness,
pleasing in experience, mind charmer,
with what expectation did You come?
The pollen of ketakii flower
even today tells that event.
Juhi flower is afflicted,
still it sings Your victory.
The t'agar and ca'melii group
is vibrated with the experience
and create unlimited
songs of love in isolation.
The wild deer even today
cherishes that environment.
With materialization of its call,
the peacock is noticed.
The frogs joyously utter with tears of love.
The kadamba and tama'l cry even today
to that peacock.
