Tomári tare racechi
Mańi muktá ná peyechi
Áche shudhu je gáni

Bhore phul cayana kari
Sáṋjhe máyád́ore bhari
Niyata tomáre smari
Surete geṋthechi váńii

Jiivaner jata pújá
Nibhrte shata khoṋjá
Anityer sauṋge jojhá
Saráye sakala gláni

গানের এ মালাখানি
তোমারই তরে রচেছি
মণি মুক্তা না পেয়েছি
আছে শুধু যে গানই

ভোরে ফুল চয়ন করি
সাঁঝে মায়াডোরে ভরি
নিয়ত তোমারে স্মরি
সুরেতে গেঁথেছি বাণী

জীবনের যত পূজা
নিভৃতে শত খোঁজা
অনিত্যের সঙ্গে যোঝা
সরায়ে সকল গ্লানি

O Lord, this garlands of song
I have made for You.
I did not find any pearl or gem for threading,
I got only songs.
I pick up flowers in the morning
and entwine them into garland
in the evening with the thread of ma'ya'.
Remembering You constantly,
I thread the words into melodies.
All worships of life,
hundreds of searches in isolation,
are but struggling the phenomenal,
for removing all fatigues.
