সরিল তমসা অমানিশার

বহিরন্তরে সুধা-সরোবরে তব ভাবে সংক্লৃপ্ত
যত ভেদ-ভাব যা কিছু অভাব

নির্মল হলো চিত্ত
লাজ ত্যজিয়াছি ঘৃণা ভুলিয়াছি হয়েছি নিশ্চিন্ত
বাঁধন মানিনা আনিতে জানিনা
আশিস রয়েছে শিরে আমার

Upon Your coming, hey Darling instantly,
You removed the gloom of new-moon night.
Wherever it had been, with perception came:
The load of ego went away at same time.

Beholding You at core of psyche,
Satisfied my thought became
At nectar-lake inside and out, by Your presence craved.
Any and all deficit, whatever state of strife,
Obeisance they announced at feet Thine.

Having not a trace of fear, wholly fatigue-free,
The mind-stuff was without stain.
Carefree I've become; shame I've forsaken, forgot hate.
How to fetch I know not, but I don't accept ties;
A blessing has remained upon pate of mine.
