Alakha puruś dhará dáo

Tomár calár path kaluśita karibo ná
Tomár álor rathe kona bádhá dobo ná
Maner májhare bhese jáo khushite tákáo
Ámár manke tava sáthe niye náo

তুমি গান গেয়ে গেয়ে চলে' যাও
সুদূরে হারাও
মনের মণিকোঠায় রত্নমঞ্জুষায়
স্থায়ী রেখা এঁকে' দাও

পরিচয় জানি না জানিতে পারি না
তুমি ছাড়া তব কাছে কোন কিছু চাহি না
অলখ পুরুষ ধরা দাও
অণুকে মাতাও

তোমার চলার পথ কলুষিত করিব না
তোমার আলোর রথে কোন বাধা দোব না
মনের মাঝারে ভেসে' যাও খুশিতে তাকাও
আমার মনকে তব সাথে নিয়ে নাও

In a jeweled mental room, the chest of gems,
A lasting line You let be traced.
