Taking the Air is the 4th chapter of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 3 written by Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar.[1]
Chapter synopsis
In this chapter Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar told pure and fresh air can cure disease. He suggested to breathe in as fully as possible, because with deep breathing the air gets an opportunity to be completely absorbed by the lungs.[1]
Sarkar also asked to walk in the fresh air than to ride a vehicle. And if the body does not work up a sufficient sweat, it'll indicate the air has not been properly breathed.[1]
