Ideal System of Inheritance is the 28th chapter of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 1.[1] In this chapter Shrii Shrii Anandamurti-ji instructed the system of inheritance.
Synopsis
Shrii Shrii Anandamurti-ji instructed follow these system of inheritance—
- He told that sons and daughters will inherit in equal shares the movable and/or immovable property of their parents. The daughter will get the immovable property during her lifetime, but she will not be able to transfer it to anyone else. After her death, the property will revert to her father's family.
- A widow will inherit the entire property of her deceased husband.
