General Health Rules is the 6th chapter of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 3 written by Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar. In this chapter Sarkar instructed general health rules.[1]

Chapter synopsis

The first part of this chapter contains general health rules for both males and females.[1]

  1. Body and clothing must be kept neat and clean.
  2. After urinating use water or cleanse yourself by some other means.
  3. Pay attention to the regular clearing of the bowels.
