Paincajanya is the 8th chapter of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti's Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 1.[1]

Chapter summary

In this chapter Sarkar suggested at five o'clock of every morning sadhakas (spiritual aspirants) will assemble at a jagrti, and where there is no jaagrti, at a fixed convenient place, and participate in singing five minutes of Prabhat Samgiita, in performing fifteen minutes of kiirtana, and lastly in performing ten minutes of collective meditation.[1]

This practice should be done on all days of the week except on the Sundays. On Sundays, there should be singing of ten minutes of Prabhata Samgiita, performance of fifteen minutes of kiirtana, and performance of at least ten minutes of collective meditation.[1]

This daily event of Ananda Marga will be called Paincajanya.[1]
