Synopsis
A person who has realized Brahma (and remember, He cannot be attained through words or with the mind) as the embodiment of bliss fears nothing in this universe. One of the major enemies of human beings is fear. Due to fear much human capacity is wasted and the development of the human personality is retarded. And yet it is not difficult to overcome fear; one has to simply take refuge in Parama Puruśa. I will not say that this is the best way, it is the only way.
Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that life is characterized by it's constant mobility. Everything from our internal cells to the solar system is always moving. Anandamurti then explains that when due to a decrease in mobility stagnation in society occurs, its not enough to go back to the normal speed. Rather, movement must be accelerated in order to deal with the piles of garbage that remained due to such deterioration. Anandamurti goes on saying that human beings have to cast aside lethargy and become active in promoting the welfare of all. Human beings have to think internally that they are not inferior to anyone and that they possess the capabilities to do work, not for their own welfare but for the welfare of others. They must wake up and beif human beings are to know only one entity, they should know the One Supreme Lord. By attaining self knowledge, they will attain everything and thus overcome fear.[1]
