Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that everything in this world is linked with fear in some way or another. Vaeragya (renunciation) is when a person had realized the temporary nature of colors associated with different objects of this world. their mind is no longer influenced by them, rather it is associated with the entity free of any bondage and perennial, the Supreme Consciousness (Brahma). Anandamurti then explains that we obtain things from different objects (Prapti) and they are transient but the knowledge we obtain directly from the Supreme entity remains with us forever ( Apti). Anandamurti goes on saying that those who fill their minds with the Supreme truth and always remain under Hi's shelter, will never be distracted by pettiness nor selfishness. They will move along the path of bliss and achieve their goal of uniting with Brahma.acquiring virtue is what makes people enjoy the positive fruits of their actions. Nevertheless, this will not lead them to salvation. Shiiva's answer was that the only way to get salvation is to know one's own inner self, which is equal to the knowledge of ''Brahma'' (the Supreme Entity).<ref name="AV4"/>
